Hosting Terms

Last update: 2026

1. Definitions

“ShyzosCorp” refers to the private studio and internal hosting environment managed by the administrator.
“User” refers to any individual who has been manually granted access to the hosting service through invitation only.
“Service” refers to the internal hosting platform provided exclusively for private usage and not for public commercial access.

2. Access to the Service

Access to the Service is strictly private and granted only by manual account creation performed by the administrator. Users may not transfer, share or resell their access to third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must ensure that all scripts, software and configurations deployed on the servers remain safe and compliant. Any resource-abusive, flood-producing, illicit or automated behavior that may compromise system stability is strictly prohibited.

4. Security and Intervention

ShyzosCorp reserves the right to immediately suspend or modify any server that is detected to be acting in a way that may harm the Service, other users, or the infrastructure. Such intervention may include disabling or removing scripts causing the issue.

5. Data Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content they deploy on their allocated servers. ShyzosCorp does not guarantee data backup or recovery unless explicit support arrangements have been established.

6. Service Availability

Since this is an internal hosting environment, uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance or downtime may occur at any moment without prior notice.

7. Termination

Access may be revoked or suspended at any time, with or without notice, particularly if security rules or the present Hosting Terms are violated.

8. Modifications

These Hosting Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
